With Tucson being so close to the Mexican border, this was the first time that I've had terrible Mexican food and service in the 12 years that I've lived here. The salsa tastes like it was made with Ketchup or Tomato Soup, the worst I've ever had.

My last visit will be just that-my last visit. The service here has been so consistently terrible the last 3 times I will NEVER return. Last time spent nearly 2 hours there for a simple lunch on a Sunday afternoon.Ruined our plans for the rest of the

Excellent spinach enchiladas! Sonoran Mexican is a bit bland but just ask the salsa cart lady to heat it up! Making reservations does not seem to get you in any faster with a big group. Kolb location coming soon!

I live in Phoenix but when visiting in Tucson have gone to this "awesome" Mexican restaurant twice. It is the very best!!!! Salsa is to die for! All the food is great and so is the friendly service. Please open one in Phoenix!

Give this 1 a miss if you dislike lots of MSG in your food. Fun atmosphere, large beers. if you have no taste in food. this place is perfect!

Great food! Awesome Margarita's! Loved the fresh salsa made to order at our table.

Guadalajara Grill by far has the best margaritas in town and their huge! The food was great and more than you could ever finish. Plus the live band that mingles through the restaurant brings the atmosphere to life.

First of all, that fresh salsa is to die for. Second of all, how can they pay their bills and still afford to serve up such tremendous quantities of meat for such a low price? The menu is online so give it a read before you go - extensive only hints at how many choices you will find here. The downside? Parilla Suiza and El Charro still have better margaritas and sangria, but don't let that stop you.

The salsa cart is one of the best features, but if you have not tried the Platnos en Fuego... YUMM-O! Just don't be counting calories! The margaritas are great too (especially during Happy Hour 4-6).

We went Dec 28, fabulous meal. Salsa cart alone worth returning for, servers recommended great dishes, and food arrived hot and appropriately timed. Everyone has a bad night - it was only water & people don't melt! We'll go back & take frie

Unfortunately poor service at Guadalahara Grill - waiter even dumped a full glass of ice water on one of our party. Food was inconsistent- my chicken quesadillas were cold and greasy. Can not recommend this place! You would fare better at Taco Bell
